Flavors and Ingredients

Pandan
It’s a "fragrant plant" in Southeast Asia. Has a naturally sweet taste and soft aroma; described as grassy with hints of rose, almond, and vanilla, verging on coconut. Used in our donut filling, bun and twinkies!

Ube
A purple yam originally from the Philippines. It’s a bright purple sweet potato with a slightly ‘nutty’, deep vanilla taste. Used in our brioche dough, butter and fillings/cakes.

Ensaymada
Our ensaymada cruffin is a play on a Filipino soft, sweet bun covered with butter and sugar then topped with lots of grated cheese. Ours has a cream cheese frosting and is a croissant!

Champorado

Its a Filipino chocolate rice porridge (usually eaten for breakfast) that we fill in the chocolate croissant.
